Managed Devices from Microsoft to Google Workspace
Does anybody have any experience migrating a company from Microsoft to Google Workspace? The company transitioned to Workspace with no real plan and now here I am scrambling for answers. I know that we need to install GCPW (most likely)...i think. LOL, that's speculation. If anybody is a pro Google admin could you please reach out? I'll buy you a coffee or something

Zoom Phone Offboarding
I work for a company that recently switched to Zoom and I am having trouble figuring out how to handle offboarding. Some of the numbers linked to people's accounts are going to need to be forwarded to another team member who's going to handle the outgoing employee's case load. How is this possible? If I have to remove the outgoing employee from the company's account, then I need to unbind their number. I've been just assigning the unbound number to whom ever is handling that persons stuff (in addition to their already existing line). I feel like this is NOT how I should be doing this. Does anybody have any suggestions? Or would you provide some details into how your company handles the process, please?

HIPAA/Software
Was just wondering if a piece of software that is not HIPAA compliant because of an AI feature. If you were to block the application from having an outbound connection (with a firewall rule), could that then be considered HIPAA compliant? Provided BAAs and all that other stuff. I'm just wondering specifically about the control measure and it's efficacy for HIPAA compliance
