Please I need someone's help please my ethernet cable doesn't work please I disconnect it and everything and it still doesn't go if someone can help me I would thank you please it's very urgent I've restarted the network I've done everything I've cleaned the dns cache and it still doesn't work.

actually let me try this, what are you plugging your Ethernet cable into? are you trying to plug it into the router or is it just a port on your wall?

are you not able to connect to the internet? are you getting an error?

also try running ipconfig /allipconfig /all and post the output when you get the chance, you can hide the last digits of the IP addresses if you want but you don't need to
