Tell Me About VPSs

Hello! I am looking to run an access to relay (first of the three). I looked on the tor website and I saw that a lot of the ISPs that allow it offer VPS services instead of routers? So, if I connected a Tor relay through a VPS it wouldn't affect, or be known to the router ISP? How does that work?

Question About File Transfers and Mobile Networks

I was transferring files from my phone to a computer. I am connected to a mobile network (5G) and I was curious if any servers on the network can/did store any of my computers identifying information, like, that I connected to such and such computer, or if it only shared storage between devices.

i need help as fast as u can

so it started like several months ago but i wasnt sure if someone really hacked my pc till i checked yesterday. PC turning on (fan spinning) but nothing displays

i wanted to play valorant and it told me to turn on secureboot so i went to the bios and noticed that XMP was turned off so i turned it on and checked for safe boot and it was turned on, so i pressed save and exit, nothing appeared on the screen, i force shut it off and turned it back on, same thing

Downloaded malware

i recently downloaded malware. viruses through dumb links, i searched everything with malwarebytes, deletes some corrupted files and stuff. I tried a lot of stuff. My problem consists of my enthernet icon dissapearing from the taskbar, if i open settings, then go to network & internet, and status, the settings app crashes, only status, nothing else. Linux mint problem

Hi everyone, I'm using Linux Mint and I have a problem. When I shut down my computer, the screen turns off, but the computer keeps running — the fans stay on and the power light is still on. It doesn't fully power off. Has anyone had a similar issue or knows how to fix this
